Norman Leach has over 35 years' technical, management and training experience within the IT industry. Beginning his learning odyssey at IBM, Norman then spent 30 years running his own successful small business - and becoming intimate with the specific challenges faced by smaller IT enterprises.
Norman now specialises in offering his clients a full IT business support service aimed specifically at the needs of small businesses.
Norman teaches Internet skills to the over 60s at Age Exchange in Blackheath, south-east London (see our Testimonials page), and specialises in dealing with clients of all levels of computer literacy.
Norman is a qualified Technology Means Business Credited Advisor, a Microsoft Small Business Specialist, a Microsoft Certified Professional, and a Professional Member of the British Computer Society.
